A Modern Grand Tour presents the Feather Lamp Collection. Adorned in exquisite ostrich feather foliage, our feather lights command attention in any room. Inspired by our signature feather floor lamp, we’ve expanded our collection to include feather table lamps and chandeliers. Available in eighteen opulent shades, the plumes of our ostrich feather lamps are hand-dyed, making a grand statement as they fall generously around the metallic base. Our collection of feather chandeliers, table and floor lamps are sure to take centre stage in any luxury setting.

For more than 25 years, our founder, James Perkins has followed in the footsteps of the grand tourists of the 18th and 19th Centuries, venturing to contemporary creative centres and antique lands to accumulate a collection of fine art and modern design, unrivalled in the UK.

James and Sophie Perkins are renowned for creating the otherworldly interiors of the 17th century Palladian house, Aynhoe Park.

Much of the house’s character came from its one-of-a-kind collection of art and taxidermy, inspired by a combination of appreciation for classical artwork and sculpture, a love of innovation design and a very british sort of eccentricity.

Under the title a modern grand tour, james and sophie are now curating a constantly evolving collection of fine art, antiques, and designing exclusive homeware, inviting you to embark on your own grand tour.
